FMA President Michael Styles Quoted in GovExec.com Pentagon Stands Ground on Personnel Reforms - October 31,2005
Of the 58,538 comments the Defense Department received on its new personnel system during the mandated meet-and-confer process, more than 45,000 of them were based on form letters voicing "general opposition" to the system, according to final regulations made public Thursday.
